Moms With Anxiety
1). Change up your routine.
Moms with anxiety, to be a mom with anxiety can be difficult. We are consistently worried about everything that’s happening and everythin that can go wrong. I am a mother of 2 and I suffer from depression mom guilt and anxiety. some days are diffcult, but most are full of joy amd love. my hubby is my number one support and helps me when I am feeling low. my kids are here with me to help me undersatnd love. I have a some low day in my journey, and I understand that I needed to help my self, so that I can be here for my kids and my hubby. so I came up with some tips that has helped me along the way. Here are some type that I use to help me manage. I encouage everyone who is a mom and that is reading this to take key to it. I hope that this helped you like it had helped me.
changing up your routine can be difficult, however very beneficial. When something happens out the that never happened before it will rise your anxiety. If you try to do something differently everyday, when something happens you want be caught off guard.
2). Support system
trust in someone you can talk to that will support you. So when you are feeling anxious you have someone that will give you encouragement in you time of despair
find something that relaxes you I found that crocheting and taking pictures I enjoy to do, also going for a walk or a drive will help get my mind off of hinge.
4). Self care.
Do something to take care of yourself. Such as getting your nails done or your hair done. I love getting my feet done and my hair done. It’s gets me out the house and away from my responsibilities for a while.
Make sure you get an adequate amount of sleep. Sleep can effect your mental health more then you will ever understand. To help me go sleep and stay sleep I take a shower get in the bed and lay under my weighted blanket.
All those copying skills has helped me out tremendously and while you are reading this I hope that you can take all these tips and use them to your advantage.
